Howard Paull was sentenced to prison following his convictions for first degree statutory rape, first degree rape of a child, and first degree child molestation. He has now filed this personal restraint petition challenging the length of the term of community placement imposed, the requirement that he obtain approval of his residence address before he can be transferred to community placement status, and the Department of Corrections apparent misclassification of his child molestation conviction as a class A felony. The State concedes that the sentencing court mistakenly imposed a two-year term of community placement. We agree and grant the personal restraint petition in part.
