Mark Bugai filed a personal restraint petition in this court, which was remanded for a factual hearing to determine whether he was denied the effective assistance of counsel by his trial counsels action with regard to his waiver of the right to a jury trial. Following the hearing the trial court entered findings of fact, conclusions of law, and an order denying Bugais petition for new trial, from which he now appeals. We find no error, and affirm the trial courts order.
